SEMI-SLIT SPECIAL
Rollem has launched a 2009 version of its successful semi-slit system – probably the most accurate and precise example in the world. The SS2009 is ideal for semi-slits prior to folding jobs, also for pressure sensitive labels, back-slitting pressure sensitive labels without marking the label and semi-slitting vinyls.

Guillotine bleeds of 6mm or more can rapidly create a lot of dead space on your sheet of print. Imagine how many more images you could plan up if you reduced bleed to 3mm, or maybe even 0.8mm!
The Rollem Gutter-Slit is perfect for ganged up business cards, postcards, transport tickets and many more print requirements. 16 up business cards on an SRA3 sheet can be planned 25 up – a 56% production boost, and less waste.
THE ADVANTAGE OF GOING WIDE
Rollem has introduced a wider, more versatile TurboFeeder which handles up to 73cm width stock from 80gm paper to heavy card. The TurboFeeder is a cheaper alternative to a deep pile feeder and produces no marking compared with a friction feeder. When linked to a Rollem machine, the system is called Advantage.

Everyone wants quick changeovers between slitting, perforating, microperforating or scoring and creasing. Every change is downtime. The Rollem SpeedSet provides super fast changeovers that boost productivity and profits for any print company.
The Rollem Speedset 2009 is believed to be the only machine in the world that can offer multi-slits, 13 punch perf styles, seven crease styles and microperforating in paper weights from 40 to 700gsm. It can be added to any machine in the Rollem range.
AUTO COLLATING
Want to collate decks of cards or packs of business cards? – then you need the Rollem AutoCollator. The system collates one or more sheets together and can be linked to a conveyor or interfaced to other processing machinery such as a bander or wrapper.
